After a week of poor decision making, making a trip out to the Boardroom in Tanglewood was about the best decision I had made thus far. About a stone's throw from my place in the Galleria area- well, if I could throw a stone 1.5 miles- I ambled in on a Saturday morning. I had never been to a salon tailored towards men so I had no idea quite what to expect.

TUTS UNDERGROUND is a new theatre series focused on being fun and edgy for the  more contemporary-minded audience.  The shows take place in a 500 seat theatre at The Hobby Center and offer a more off-Broadway feel.

Murder Ballad tells the sultry story of passion’s dark side. A love triangle gone wrong, the show centers on Sara, an Upper West Sider who seemingly has it all but whose downtown past lingers enticingly and dangerously in front of her. This sexy new rock musical explores the complications of love, the compromises we make, and the betrayals that can ultimately undo us.

What makes the show even  more unique?  The full bar onstage is functional and will be open before the show, so get there early to check out the set up close and personal.

Sorry for the lack of postings - I srsly forget to take outfit posts lately.. BUT in the meantime some past event photos.. First from a YellowMagazine lunar new year party - Here I am with the owner of UZO umbrellas fancy side shaft umbrellas, you know so you really don't get wet during a downpour - pretty creative if you ask me, also a why didn't anyone think of this before??  and of course some obligatory photobooth photos!

Had the pleasure of attending an early morning event at Tootsies with some fellow Houston fashion bloggers, checking out the latest trends for spring.   Lace, black&white, Green, and prints.
Some people may think Tootsies is strictly for the mature upper crust crowd, but they really have a good mix for all ages.  Sure they may carry Alexander McQueen, but they also carry BCBG.  I fell in love with this Clover Canyon dress... that i went back for it 2 days later.

Anyways Tootsies is totally ready for spring/summer.. whether you're traveling.. or for our hot and humid weather that's in the waits.
