No i didn't get a perm again, although it totally looks like when i had my digital perm over a year ago.  went out for a girls night out with some friends, and our first stop was The Do Bar, a place that only styles hair - i opted for the 'beachy do' it ended up a bit too tight and curly for my taste, but as the night went on it got better.  i took these photos after I got home that night.  and after looking at these photos again.. i kinda like it.

    I got a perm, too, but it didn't look anywhere near as good as yours did... I look more like a cross between Mariane Pearl and a frizzy-haired Kpop style experiment gone very, very wrong.
