i'm sorry for being kinda slow with commenting back! we have some out of town guests so i've been kept quite busy with that.. but now that i'm at work.. i'm *cough* playing catch up. :)
you've probably noticed my incessant need to push my bangs to the side. i rarely if ever have them straight forward... of course that could be because they are a tad too long for that and hair in eyes is not as comfortable as you would think. so i keep holding off on trimming them being stuck between whether or not to grow them back out or to trim again. i always somehow trim just a bit off. i guess we'll just see how long they really last.
thanks for the lovely tiffany from iamstyle-ish for posting about my skirts :) i'm nearly sold out of that last batch.. and already in the works for a new set. (black ones that are like the purple skirt)
anyways i hope that everyone had a fantastic weekend.. and week ahead!
*edit* would ppl be interested in corduroy puff skirts?

ReplyDeletei think you should grow them out then you can properly tuck them back without having to fiddle with them so much next time. i'm trying to do that too haha. don't like my bangs much. i still <3 your boots darl!

So I'm for bangs ;)

Awesome outfit! Love the whole socks peeking over the boots thing, it's a good way to get into that thigh-high trend without going the whole hog and buying new boots!
ReplyDeleteBtw and thanks for your comments on my outfit! I was feeling kinda deflated when someone said I was "squat"! Hello, I'm only 5 feet!!
As ever you look amazing. I'm facing the same hair dilemna at the moment =)
ReplyDeleteI love bangs and they suit you beautifully. Keep 'em! I never want to live without bangs ever again! I have got a new haircut too.. But I still have to get used to it.. I posted about it. And is that doggie real? (Sorry, I'm always asking such weird questions) In any case, it's cute!!
ReplyDeleteI love your outfit! And your bed as well, haha.

ReplyDeleteI have the same dilemma with my bangs too... there's always a want to grow them out but I always fine myself marching to the salon to have another trim... they grow so fast!!!
You are look quite sexy in this pic-hot date tonight? :) VERY COOL!
ReplyDeletethe cardigan was ridiculously cheap at the Burberry outlet in Cypress!
ReplyDeleteI fiddle with my bangs all the time too! I'm in between wanting to grow them out and wanting to cut them again.

ReplyDeleteLOVE the boots, and that necklace looks wonderful :) And cute dog :)
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I love the boots with the overknees. I'm really into that look lately.
ReplyDeletesimple but very stylish!
ReplyDeleteNice skirt!
ReplyDeleteHaha, the in-between stage of bangs is annoying, huh? I love this look, the length of the skirt matches the boots perfectly.
ReplyDeleteooo i didn't know you had your own etsy store. i must check out the puff skirt when you make the fresh batch. keep me posted!
ReplyDeleteYour bangs are very cute, but I understand your indecision about whether or not to keep them. I've been there myself. Barettes and clips are always handy during the grow-out stage.
ReplyDeleteGreat sexy-chic work look.
ReplyDeleteYou really are the Queen of simple chic.
ReplyDeleteI love those boots!
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem with my bangs.. I end up getting them cut by a professional guy like once every couple months and I trim them every couple weeks in between. Which is bad, since I always cut them slanted, but I really don't feel like paying 30 bucks for 1 cm of trimming!
Those skirts are rather lovely, I think I might buy one some time..
I'm in the same position with my bangs. They're just about to get too long to wear without sweeping them to the side and I don't know if I should just grow them out.
ReplyDeleteI love your outfit - especially the cut of the top and seams on the skirt. It's a very mature, but relaxed look. And of course those boots are fantastic!
Those boots are beyond amazing!
ReplyDeleteim so excited for the skirts issa. if you want some studded denim shorts let me know and we can do a trade :)
ReplyDeleteTHOSE BOOTS! this is such a great outfit
ReplyDeleteI was just about to ask you about your hair, and if you cut your bangs. I like your bangs pushed forward, suits you well.
ReplyDeleteOh and a corduroy puff skirt sounds very interesting, cant wait to see that. =)
in love with the boots
ReplyDeletei like the bangs on you! i think you should keep them! if anything, at least you don't look like every other asian girl in houston. =)
ReplyDeleteoh and re. the burberry cardigan - i got it last month. they were having additional 50% off a bunch of stuff! if i lived that close, i'd just stop by to check it out....weekly....hahah. =P
Lovw this look !!
