i bought this top a few years ago and you can't really tell from the photo but this top has a tie around the neck that ties into a bow, which was the main reason i bought it.. and i paired it with some dark skinnies.. which reminds me of my need for black skinnies. have not found.. but need. srlsy.

You can find black skinnys at Forever21, Urban Out fitters and H&M. At least I think so. I hope that helps in your search. ^_^
