so i've been obsessed with off the shoulder tops lately.  like ocd, obsessively trying to find an affordable option.  all i can say is thank gawd for fast fashion sites in asia.  sure sometimes i may laugh at what they have  but there's no doubt that they do have some good finds sometimes.  LIKE THIS TOP.  there's also a lot of cute options on yesstyle.   new favorite top of the summer?  check.
