Last week I was asked to mock up some festival looks for an article for the Houston Chronicle.  SURE!
festival outfits are pretty much swimsuit cover-ups with flat sandals for outdoor dance party, and minimal clothing for the heat.   plus a hat. ANY REASON to wear a hat.
of course with the recent rain storms this past week down here, you might wanna switch up your sandals for some wellies.  and top everything off with a thick layer of mosquito repellent.   just sayin.
