Houston Humane Society #100kChallenge

The Houston Humane Society had asked me to be a 100k Challenge Ambassador and help find some pets loving homes.  I am a animal lover for sure, and some of you know that I regularly volunteer at another shelter to help out all the furry kiddos.  So of course i said yes!  My first pup Nina happily got adopted last week so now I'm representing Tyson - a 7 year old terrier mix.  He was super cute and super friendly.. just not with cats. SORRAY.  Here's what Tyson has to say:
"Hi!  I'm Tyson, and I've never met a stranger!  I'm happy, lively, and I get along with humans and dogs just swimmingly! (Please forgive my penchant to chase cats, because that instinct is very strong in me!)
I'm a little bit older than most dogs here, but age is a state of mind, not a number! And my age is "friendly, happy, and fun!" I like to get outside and do fun things, including walking, playing with squeaky toys, and mastering the doggie bridge and teeter-totter!  Are you impressed? That's tough stuff for most dogs, but not me! I'm a natural athlete and am receiving instruction from my volunteer trainers Pat and Sandra. I can sit, lay down, and walk well on a leash!
I would be ever so grateful if you gave me a forever home! We will have lots of good times together, I promise!"

Be sure to stop by the Houston Humane Society sometime soon!  It's a lovely complex and the volunteers truly care about the animals.  Have an existing pet?  Bring them along, they have meeting rooms for your pet to meet a future sibling.  They're also running a lot of specials this summer so check 'em out!
