istanbul. delicious food, shopping and amazing sights.  definitely a MUST see destination.. it was a nice break from all the beaches.. i guess i'm just more of a city girl.  need things to do.

oh and tried a hookah for the first time (and i've never smoked a cig evar).  i coughed much after this photo.

    BEAUTIFUL! Ive never tried hookah also but I used to smoke back in HS days. Have a fantastic time Issa!

    Ooh how fun! Everyone tells us Istandbul is incredible. We just didn't have the time to swing it. Love the hookah pic. I've never tried that or a cig either. :)

    oh great country! i was just backpacking there myself in May and I totally fell in love with Turkey. Amazing country and amazing people there too. SO generous and welcoming. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

    I never got the chance to see Cappadocia, but I'm glad you posted about it above! Looks just as beautiful and mystical as they say. I totally missed out. Just another excuse to go back again I suppose :)
