tee/necklace: shop in seoul, skirt: handmade, shoes: seychelles via solestruck
threw on one of the first skirts i made for myself.. which reminds me that i srsly need to dust off my sewing machine.. and start making something new...
and srsly why is it already too hot for things like sleeves... and pants. i guess at least there's a periodic breeze, which somehow always happens to catch my skirt..
so quick question, what is your best tactic when wearing a flowy skirt.. when wind can sometimes be an issue?

Lady, if I wore a scrunchy elastic-waist skirt at my natural waist I'd look like a sack of potatoes. How do you DO that?
ReplyDeletecute skirt! i love the color:)
ReplyDeleteI gather a hand full of my skirt while walking, and then stick it between my legs when I'm opening my car door or when I'm getting gas.
ReplyDeletehaha
really cute!!:)
ReplyDeleteLove the color! I don't know any solutions, so if you find an answer let me know! I totally just had a wardrobe malfunction with this not too long ago.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to pull my Issa skirt out too! (I have it with my winter wear and I have no idea why). You look gorgeous as usual! I really like the dove gray with that warm pink. Lovely!
ReplyDeletei adore handmade skirts. they are always so romantic and original! :))
ReplyDeleteSPANDEXXXXX hahaha =) or boyshorts that cover your cheeks a bit more.. the color is so divine. make some skirts with pockets!! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog! I've been following your blog for awhile now, you definitely rock things I could never even imagine trying! =)
ReplyDeleteSeriously, for skirts on a windy day, I just wear boyshorts under and call it a day.
Love your outfits! (And your dog!)
XOXO
tooo kewt! and loving the shoes
ReplyDeleteGood work with the skirt. It's so cute. *
ReplyDeletehmm, it's been YEARS since i've worn a skirt. and very rarely do i wear dresses. if i AM in a dress-mode, i tend to gravitate towards maxi dresses so i guess i don't really have that problem, haha.
ReplyDeleteshort shorts underneath...them you really don't have to worry about it. And when the pervert thinks he's gonna get a peak, he's disappointed..ahahahaha
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job on the skirt. As far as covering yourself, I double up with boyshorts and a pretty slip.
ReplyDeleteissa i love the rose hued skirt! adorable

ReplyDeleteyou look adorable as always....I wear your skirts all the time!
ReplyDeletein the winter, tights or leggings save me, but in the summer, I usually just put on a pair of ruffly bottoms and hope for the best!
Cute skirt! I just got myself a sewing machine and am going to try to make myself a skirt soon...
ReplyDeleteAnd wind, hmm.. I usually just run around frantically while holding it down, haha.
honestly i just try not to wear flowy skirts in that kind of weather. but when all else fails, pull a monroe!
