skirt: handmade, tee: f21, flats: kenneth cole

wore this to work on friday the 13th and yes i'm just now getting around to posting photos... i'm lazytown when it comes to updating a look.. immediately after i actually wear it. anyways.. lately i've been wearing the handmade skirts a lot.. i really should stop being lazy and stock the store. before the month ends... ok that's my goal.. and i'll let you all know when i actually do.

oh and do you notice i suddenly have something on my wrist? my birthday gift from the husband.. a tag heuer aquaracer.. with some bling... ;) he also picked me up a DVF top.. to be seen in the near future.

i'm considered the 'martha' out of my group of friends/coworkers etc.. and for the past few years i've made chocolate truffles for valentines.. (my coworkers are spoiled.. they get cupcakes.. a lot too) this year they didn't turn out quite as pretty as last year.. but that's ok.. it's what's inside that counts.

  12. I love it when homemade treats have imperfections. I think the treats look more homey and add that nice quirk. It's charming!

Which reminds me...I need to bake for my division meeting next week because I was late this week O_O

  16. I need to get Influence! I should add it to my birthday wish list. =) And you are so lucky! YOur husband is a good shopper. And those truffles look amazing. I wish I was more of a Martha. I'm more of a Martha's rebellious younger sister (if she had one). I try to do stuff and it ends up a mess or half finished or looking like it isn't supposed to. Haha.

  47. These look incredibly tasty!!! Your lucky co-workers! ;p I always have the thought that once you start work your wardrobe kind of shrivels down to boring grays, blacks and white. I'm so glad to know that it's possible to look great and fashionable even after entering the career phase of life. =) You inspire me!

Btw, I've added your link to my blogroll hope you don't mine. =) Would you like to exchange links? Thanks!
