a sew sew weekend.

dress: f21 (from like 1999); sandals: h&m; tee: old navy; skirt: handmade

so friday i had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. so my weekend was spent recovering and resting at home... and since i was stuck at home in between feeling groggy i ended up doing some random sewing. first i hemmed up an old dress that has been in my closet for almost 10 years.. and now it's at a much more flattering length (i think i should pair it with some ivory heels)... and then i decided to make a skirt out of some old fabric i had.

i'm so hungry.. jello is just not so filling.

  1. You are a sweetheart! Thank you on both account (commenting my contest/vote) and my Collage!*

I'm sorry to hear about your wisdom teeth. In dire times like these, I love smoothies and Odwalla protein shakes. ;) Feel better, you look lovely. xx

I love that dog of yours. Aw. <3

  12. I agree, the dress is so much easier to wear after the transformation. And your DIY skirt is in the cutest pattern.
